How to Apply

Registrations are still being accepted. There are still spots available in many DEEP 2009 courses. Please check the course overview section to ensure that you aren’t applying for a course that is marked FULL. Remember to fill out your first, second and third choices on your registration form.

Step #1: Download the DEEP Summer Academy 2009 Application Form

Step #2: Complete the Form

Please ensure that all sections of the form are complete.

On the form you will list your First, Second and Third Choice course for each Week that you would like to participate. You will be considered for your First Choice course first, and if you are not accepted into that course, you will be considered for your other choices.

With your application, please include your most recent Academic Transcript as well as the required Teacher Nomination and your Statement of Interest.

A parent or guardian must complete and sign the parent/guardian consent section of the form.

Step #3: Submit Form and Payment

Submit your Application Form, supporting documentation and payment by mail, courier or in person by April 30, 2009. See Money Matters section for details on required fees.

If payment is made by American Express, Visa or MasterCard you can fax your registration form to 416.849.0408 by April 30, 2009. Please remember to include all pages of the form and supporting materials, as incomplete applications cannot be processed.

Step #4: Notification of Acceptance

To apply for DEEP, you will need to submit a completed Application Form along with the required supporting documentation and payment. The competitive application round closes on April 30, 2009. Late applications will be accepted for courses with room.
