International Fees

Tuition for International Students
Tuition for each course is $525. Students registering for all 4 weeks of the program receive a special discounted tuition rate of $1995. Tuition fee includes course fee, all course materials and supplies as well as the after class club program.

Tuition and Residence Fees for International Students
The cost for participating in the optional residence program is $1275 per week which includes taxes where applicable. The fee includes tuition, 6 nights accommodation, breakfast and dinner daily, supervision, and evening activities. Students staying in residence for more than 1 week receive their 7th night free.

Letter Of Guardianship

In Canada, a person under the age of majority is considered to be a “minor child”. In Ontario, the age of majority is 18. In order to gain entry into Canada to attend DEEP 2009, the Canadian government requires a person under the age of 18 (depending on country of origin) to provide a Letter of Guardianship.

Travel Arrangements

Located on the shores of Lake Ontario, Toronto is one of the most accessible cities in North America. Students flying into Lester B. Pearson International Airport will be pleased to know that the University of Toronto is a short 30 minute drive away.

We know that often organizing travel to an unknown city can be challenging. DEEP Summer Academy is pleased to be working with FCm Travel Solutions this year. While going through FCm is completely optional, we have arranged to have a DEEP travel specialist available at FCm to provide students with any travel assistance needed. Visa Requirements

Depending on where you live, international students attending DEEP will need to meet certain entry requirements when coming to Canada. In some cases this will require that you obtain a visa. Please note that it is your responsibility to secure all necessary travel documents.
