SCI-Camp Fees
SCI-Camp is $255 per week or $950 for 4 weeks.
Jr. DEEP Fees
Jr. DEEP is $275 per week or $975 for 4 weeks.
Send A Kid to Camp
We are dedicated to delivering high-quality science and engineering programming for all youth, regardless of their socio-economic position. As a non-profit program, we rely on sponsors and individual donors to support our bursary program. If you are interested in contributing to our bursary fund, you can include a donation with your camp payment by simply adding your donation to the payment section of the registration form. All donors will receive a charitable tax receipt.
Aftercare
Aftercare is available for $35 per child, per week. Supervision is from 5pm to 6pm. Please remember to indicate that you would like Aftercare on your registration form.
Financial Assistance & Payment Plan
To help families with the cost of SCI-Camp this summer, we offer an optional payment plan. The payment plan allows you to pay camp fees in monthly installments, instead of paying the total up front. Please submit the payment plan application form along with your registration form and we will notify you within 2 weeks to confirm acceptance of the conditions of the payment plan.
We have now distributed funds for financial assistance to the following locations: St. George, Mississauga, Richmond Hill, Oakville/Burlington, Markham, Vaughan and Aurora. We are no longer accepting requests for financial assistance for these locations.
We are still accepting requests for financial assistance for the locations below, as we still have have limited financial assistance available for the following communities: Scarborough, Newmarket, Barrie, Brampton, Pickering, Ajax, Whitby and Oshawa.
We would be happy to set up a payment plan for you if financial assistance is not available in your community.
NSF Cheques
Cheques that are returned NSF or credit cards that are declined will be subject to an additional $25 administrative fee.
Cancellation Policy
We charge an administrative fee of $30 per week per child for all cancellations. You will receive a refund of the camp fee (less the $30 per week per child administrative fee) if you cancel 30 days or more before the start of your first camp week. Refunds will not be issued for cancellations with less than 30 days notice. You can switch camp weeks without financial penalty as long as there is space available.
