How to Register
Registration for the Spring 2010 SSEA program will begin in the New year.
Step #1: Download and complete the form

Once you’ve downloaded the PDF form you can either enter your information into the PDF and print it, or you can print the blank form and complete it by hand.
Step #2: Submit the form and payment
Send your completed form and payment to our office. We accept American Express, Visa, MasterCard and personal cheque. You can either fax, mail or drop-off your documents.

We know privacy and credit card safety is important to you. For this reason, we use a fax line that is completely secure. Please remember to include all pages of your application form, as incomplete applications cannot be processed. If you do not wish to fax your personal information to us, you can send your registration form to us by mail or drop by our office in-person.

In-Person:
Our administrative office is located on the east side of St. George Street, just north of College Street in the Galbraith Building, 35 St. George Street, Rm 173.
Please Note: Your credit card will not be billed until your son or daughter is accepted into the program. The charge will appear on your credit card statement as “U of T – Engineering”. Cheques are cashed once an applicant has been accepted into the program. The form must be mailed, faxed or delivered in-person due to required signatures.
Step #3: Notification of Acceptance
All applicants to the program will receive course placement notification via email by the end of the day on January 25, 2010. Please ensure your email address is legible and correct. Students applying after January 25, 2010 will be notified of acceptance upon receipt of the completed application. Please note that courses fill on a “first-come” basis. You will be contacted if we are unable to accommodate your course choices.
If you are not accepted into the program, you will be notified by phone. Your cheque will be returned and/or your credit card will not be charged.
Late Registration:
Applications from qualified candidates received after the registration deadline will be considered for courses that have spaces still available. Please contact the program office to find out which courses are still accepting students prior to submitting an application.
Our Cancellation Policy:
If you withdraw your application or cancel your registration before the January 25, 2010 deadline, you will receive a full refund, minus a $50 administrative fee. After January 25, 2010, no refunds will be issued.
